Our 36" wide ceramic Fire Stones Set allows you to bring "the great outdoors" into your home. This set comes with 36 stones in various shapes and sizes to simulate natural river rock in your fireplace or fire pit. (Burner not included.) Unlike natural river rock which have inconsistent variations of the core materials, our ceramic replacement rocks are tried and tested against harsh conditions such as high temperatures or the outside elements. Each rock is modeled and based after an existing "real," rock so the illusion is completed to the same specifications. Putting the two types side-by-side proves how interchangeable they are visually.
FireStones are made from the same high-heat resistant ceramic-bonded refractory material used in the making of other ceramic gas fixtures such as logs or our FireShapes. All FireStone supplies start out with their natural color a warm tan gray before undergoing our clean and eco-friendly staining method using Rasmussen's proprietary staining process. All seven stain colors are environmentally-friendly and will not burn away under fire!
Soot marks--a natural result of when flames come into contact with their surroundings--are especially noticeable on lighter colored fireplace or fire pit products, such as white or light gray. To hide or conceal soot marks, darker colored options may prove a better solution for you. Please ensure you review our returns policy before purchasing.
